My name is Jose Madrigal, I was the best man at the wedding that took place at your center on October 1st 2011, i wanted to send this sooner but have been catching up on the projects that had piled up on me during the time i took off from work for the wedding, First off i want to comment on the beautiful hall that was set up everything looked incredible your staff did an amazing job in preparing, also the food was delicious i went back for a second plate which usually I'm full with one plate but had to get a little more because it was so tasty, but above all the one person who made the biggest impact was your coordinator, Esmeralda, I work for one of the top hotels in San Diego, The Andaz, by Hyatt in down town, just so you have an idea as far as our customer service goes we are one of many of our world wide properties that are in the top 5% which we are competing with 8 other hotels at the moment for the #1 hotel in the Hyatt organization and I've been with them for almost 4 years so i have a good understanding of what over the top quality service is and she showed me just that things could not gone smoother the bride and groom were so ecstatic on how it turned out and the rest of their family well lets just say they are still raving all about it so once again thank you for everything, especially the quality service, also give Emeralda a huge thank you for me if she was not there well lets just say i wouldn't be sending this e-mail, also i will be sure to refer your hall to anyone that is looking for a venue no matter what the occasion.

The team last night with Denise at point, and Jim and the crew was awesome. They were professional, courteous and so helpful all evening. We really appreciated them. Your gifts for Sira were especially touching and she loved them. Thank you. Most importantly, Sira was very, very happy and pleased at how her Graduation Celebration went, and because you were such a big reason for that Morgan, we will always be grateful for making our daughter's High School Graduation Celebration a wonderful night!
